4) Smiling Lowers Our Blood Pressure – Need proof? Get a blood pressure monitor. Sit for a few minutes and take a reading. Then sit for a few more minutes while smiling. Then take another reading while still smiling. Convinced??
5) Smiling Makes Us Look Younger – When we smile the muscles we use lift the face! Better than a visit to the neighborhood plastic surgeon — don’t you think??
So enjoy the week everyone, stop to smell the roses, walk barefoot in the grass, play with your child, kiss your partner, give your pooch a tummy rub — AND,
