As summer gets into full swing, let’s review one simple tip that will keep you healthy – and hydrated – all summer long! DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!
Remember, our bodies are approximately 70% H2O already – and an adult human body requires at least 8 full glasses of water each day. Doing this one simple thing will help protect us from:
- Light-headedness
- Fatigue
- Muscle cramps
- Constipation
- Sagging Skin
- Increased Heart Rate
What’s more – dehydration is often confused with hunger. As a result, we have a tendency to eat when all we may actually need is a glass of water. So, keeping hydrated also will help us control our appetite, eat less and maintain a healthy weight!
